Terms/Conditions

BOS VIP Memberships

VIP memberships - Sauna availability is a first book, first, serve basis.

VIP membership is a 3-month commitment and then month to month thereafter. Unused sessions roll over for active members. To cancel email info@balboaoasisspa.com.

BOS Silver/Gold/Platinum/Ruby Memberships

Silver/Gold/Platinum/Ruby memberships are non-transferable. You may cancel your membership after the initial 3 month contract without penalty by providing written notice by email (info@balboaoasisspa.com) of your request at least 30 days prior to your billing date. If you cancel before your contract ends, a cancellation fee of one month will be charged. Benefits must be used during membership month, otherwise, they are forfeited.
