Terms/Conditions

BOS VIP Membership

VIP membership is currently $99/mo for the first month, then $89/mo following. Sauna availability is a first book, first, serve basis.

VIP membership is a 3-month commitment and then month to month thereafter. To cancel contact info@balboaoasisspa.com. A $10 discount for the first month only applies to the first membership enrollment (Example: You purchase a membership, then cancel a few months later. If you want to become a member again, the first month is not discounted.)

BOS Silver/Gold/Platinum Memberships

Silver/Gold/Platinum memberships are non-transferable. You may cancel your membership after the initial 3 month contract without penalty by providing written notice by email (info@balboaoasisspa.com) of your request at least 30 days prior to your billing date.

If you cancel before your contract ends, a cancellation fee of one month will be issued. Benefits must be used during membership month, otherwise, they are forfeited.
